At Stald Lille Skat, all horses are turned out in the paddock every day. We have both an enclosed roundpen and a riding arena for schooling, as well as a sand track and cross-country training tracks in scenic surroundings.
Especially in our young horse programme, everything is done on the horses’ terms. The goal is first and foremost to become a riding horse – and then a racehorse.

Then let us make sure it learns the basic riding skills and give it a solid foundation of training before it begins its targeted race training.
This reduces the risk of injury and helps the horse mentally in its development, as not just steerability and balance but very much also an understanding of the task are at the forefront when the young horses are started.
We also have fantastic facilities for training racehorses. As we offer varied training both cross-country and on the track, you get a versatile and well-balanced horse when it is in training with us.
