Jydsk Væddeløbsbane has received 32 entries for the sixth race day of the season on Sunday 27 September, spread across five races and carrying DKK 196,000 in total prize money. Late entries are possible in all five races.
The Marselisborg Handicap over 2150 metres is the day’s longest and richest contest at DKK 50,000. Six horses are entered, and Call Me Al heads the weights on a rating of 79 and 65 kilos, while Makaveli is entered on 78 and 64 kilos. Napoleon is bottom of the handicap on 53 kilos.
The Moesgaard Handicap is run over 2000 metres and has attracted seven entries. Here the 3-year-olds Irish Supreme and Dream On Sally share top weight on a rating of 73 and 66.5 kilos apiece.
The day’s race for the 2-year-olds is a maiden over 1550 metres worth DKK 40,000, with four horses entered: Happytobealive, Golden Exposure, Hundo and Famous Hill.
The two remaining races are Class 3 and Class 4 handicaps, both over 1550 metres. The Class 4 has drawn the largest entry with nine horses, among them Negroni, Future Promise and Camar.
Several horses are entered in two races — Napoleon in both of the traditional handicaps and Dream On Sally in the Moesgaard Handicap as well as the Class 3 Handicap.
Declarations take place on Monday 21 September between 8.30 and 10.00.
