A big Danish Sunday afternoon with Great Wish at Deauville was followed up by Sweden and Norway at Saint-Cloud on Monday afternoon, where victory went first to Finn Blichfeldt’s three-year-old Cosy Bear and then to Bente and Magne Jordanger’s two-year-old Catch My Eye. Both are trained by Pia and Joakim Brandt in Chantilly.

Finn Blichfeldt’s Cosy Bear (Kodi Bear) won the Prix de Saint-Pair-du-Mont over 2,400 metres with Maxime Guyon in the saddle, and it was the horse’s second win from five starts this year.
Cosy Bear took the 2,400-metre handicap ahead of Nity Galeste (City Light), earning €46,200 for his owner.

A little later in the day, the Jordanger family’s Stall Perlen were not to be outdone by their good friend and partner, and they had the pleasure of watching their two-year-old Lope De Vega colt Catch My Eye win comfortably from Juddmonte’s Charged (Kingman).
Catch My Eye was making just the second start of his career and earned €23,975 for the win. He too was ridden by Maxime Guyon.
