The Fredrik Reuterskiöld-trained Lamborghini BF produced another big international effort when he finished third in Germany’s biggest sprint, the Goldene Peitsche (Gr.3), at Baden-Baden on Sunday afternoon.
Under Thore Hammer-Hansen, Lamborghini BF (Holy Roman Emperor) was first into the straight, but in the end had to give best to England’s Holguin and Germany’s Bacarda.
Lamborghini BF was beaten less than two lengths by the winner Holguin (Havana Grey) and a neck by Bacarda (Areion), and he picked up the third prize of €6,000 for Hästgruppen i Lund AB.
